Hilarious Movie @ Gateway

 It’s quite along time since my movie buddy mav had our last full show. Anyway, i never thought Bee Movie was that good. Super nice! The computer animated film was a success, we almost missed that one, Gateway and SM West are the last two cinemas in qc offering that movie.

The Golden Compass @ Rob Pioneer

I love movies, i really do. Im more into romance though I can also be useful to other fantasy fiction. For the this year, movie houses earned a lot from me alone, not to mention my movie buddy mavic. I do not want to write a movie review, focus on the movie alone would be weak, I would rather say something about the moviehouse or whom i went with

This was another compulsive decision of jeff, as usual we went to see the movie nearest to his place… robinson’s pioneer. (He preferred to watch a movie in pioneer rather than a dinner at Cafe Bola on my expense). My third time to be in that cinema, as expected some cut in the middle of the film. hehe what else do i expect. Anyway, the movie was great (even without the not-so-good popcorn).

The best in the movie was the concept of demons, who wouldn’t want an animal form of your soul?! That would be great, imagine… people in the bar, each has his/her own animal following, bar full of people and animals? whew. exciting. Rush hours in MRT will only be benificial to kids since their animal can still change, what if an adult trying to get into MRT on a rush hour and he is accompanied by a dog? ouch. scary.

Anyway, its nice to see Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig in a different role (the last time they were seen together was The Invasion). They were both good. For Lyra? Hmmm… not so pretty but good

How i wish I’ve seen this movie with mav, i know how she loves polar bears (and i intentionally skipped the part when bears had a fight).

first time and the best i ever had

it was my first time to watch a concert in the big dome last friday. but i won’t discuss how the concert went. I only wanted to put it here so I won’t to forget my first time. And very lucky, it was Vertical Horizon. I just love the band that’s all. hehehe who am i kidding? Everyone knows the main reason: BEST I EVER HAD. Still, im very happy i didn’t miss it. The band was really good, as in.. the best! thank you very much kitch!

The Battery and the Thief

Bax’ car battery was stolen few hours ago. hihi Im not being mean to laugh on stuff about that, i find it funny (its karma, ayt mav? hehehe). It’s been a year since he started having his car parked in the little alley of project 6. It’s also been a year since my aunt started telling him be aware of those bad people living in the vicinity. Worst of all, his school things were also stolen! Ouch! BIG HASSLE! I know the incoveniences of having your things taken, even a simple pen or lighter for me.

Lost and will never be found

For a day I thought my world has crashed into me when i should be celebrating for the arrival of KEIRA AUDREY. (What a lovely babe!)….

I am keeping this thing only to myself. But this day has turned out to be one of the simplest and best days of my life when i finally found myself smiling and things no longer hurt. A big thanks to Norman Antonio, for he has listened to my unending issues with men, it was a brief talk but well appreciated. What he said isnt different to what my buddies say, i only got tired of hearing same words so i better do what has been told!

He might be lost from my system sooner or later, when he finally does, i hope he will never be found.

If only i can meet a local Charlie Logan i wont think twice sleeping with him so the next man I’ll meet will be my true love! I am seeing it on the positive side, yes, desperation it may seem but i rather have it that way than to meet a class a jerk. Girls in that movie were very lucky, they were able to meet Charlie Logan and have their man of their dreams next. In truth, each and every girl in this world has her own version of Chuck. The version of Chuck in reality is quite like this, you sleep with a real Chuck and then the next man and the next after that man wont be the your true love, and worst the feeling is you’ll no longer see other as your true love… simply because you’re stucked with this real Chuck! It is probably just my case, i let myself caught in this very bad situation. Move on? nah, just let it pass.

Anyway, it doesn’t feel right for my first post to be discussing my issues on men. Happy birthday my beloved SHAULA FINA LAGRIMAS. I have known this girl for more than 6 years, and im happy to say we’re still good friends. We’re two different people, way back college, obviously she graduated with flying colors and i graduated full of chorvas People even asked her, why am I a friend of hers, oh well its the heart! hihi

Xiauw, even we’re on a very different track, im grateful you spent time with me, im more thankful on the CPK part hehehe.

Birthday Syndrome

mavic said “dont forget to keep in touch with the reality”. honestly, i almost did. for the past few days, i’ve been absorbed by marvel ultimate alliance and the series heroes. i find it better than hang out in a bar, spend on beer which will bring headaches day after

i am having random thoughts what to do with my life. should i pursue my studies or go to places, last month i made up my mind to go and work in dubai, but now… hmmm… i might not enjoy my stay there or should i enroll this coming semester. definitely its included in my before 2010 plans, post grad degree. but then, i do not know how to start and what to do. these confusions lead me to alternate thing to do, HEROES. i shut myself to other friends for the past week. joan and mavic are always my company. i do not know, probably they’re giving me other thoughts. at least drinking isn’t an alternative

 

my birthday is two months from now, its not me to think ahead of any sort of celebration, for the past years it has always been bonds at cavite. but now…. i wanted to do something extraordinary for the 23rd year of my existence in this world. sagada. hmmm… travel is time consuming. but sunshine offered to help me look for a place to stay and other stuff. that will make my bday special! its sunshine cagayan de oro. white water rafting. i havent been here. yihee… more expensive though. at least, i can go to camiguin.

my brother finally graduated after 8 long years…. congratulations!

i can’t get over it! the other night, i was looking for a pair of jeans, after a week interchanging just 2 pants, none of my pants in the cabinet fitted me! wow! this is my worst…. highest level of fats in my body. whew.

i have to work for my body. but i dont have much time for a gym.

im in the office right now. MONDAY! i told myself to set aside for a week my real workload, ill try to finish first my extra load, which is this publication thing. its not really part of my job, since ive been absorbed by the Manila Office i better help them. it took me the whole morning to finish my admin matters… which i am not supposed to allot that much time. i have no choice! and my co researcher is asking me to do a little favor its little yeah, BUT time consuming. to think im the one doing our project’s admin matters!

garung is getting married!!!! she’s one of my childhood friends. we are devils and we’re friends. together with carol and arvin, we have this special bonding, we are different among other neighbors in silang cavite. but now she’s getting married! my god… i cant believe it. she just sent me a message this morning, thank god i was able to talk to her on the phone. i didnt know they’re back together and now…. I CAN’T BELIEVE IT. she’s old enough to know certain things. it was a shocking news for carol and i. we’re next to her family (as we both assume sniff sniff)

so i spent another unproductive weekend. drunk again last saturday with joan then playstation and good sheperd yesterday.

three things

jim valvano said, there are three things everyone should do everyday. number one is laugh, number two is think (spend some time in thought) and number three, you should have your emotions move you to tears . and if we laugh, think and cry, that’s a heck of a day!

i definitely laugh, even in my own corny jokes and simple text messages, my friends could attest to that.i think, how am i suppose to do my job if i wont be thinking, and at night, i always assess my day (except if alcohol has gotten into me).

i cry, but jim didn’t say when to carry out tears, is it after a
thought? coz this is what i usually do.

and i think this is funny. but the important thing is im having a heck of a day!
